Phong Nha- Ke Bang Cave is located in Son Trach commune, Bo Trach district which is about 50 kilometers far from the center of Dong Hoi city to the Northwest. The mouth of this cave is about 25 meters in width and 10 meters in height. According to the scientists, the formation process of Phong Nha- Ke Bang Cave has happened since 250 million years before. This cave is about 8 kilometers in length, 83 meters in depth and 50 meters in height. Inside this structure, there are many stalactites with unique shapes. Therefore, it can be said that Phong Nha- Ke Bang is one of the most typical caves in the precious value of the art and natural beauty.
